The Verchip discrepancy escalation process:
Any electronic components and parts that are screened and considered substandard are carefully documented during the incoming inspection process by our IDEA certified inspectors. Our highly skilled quality component engineers are then alerted with a detailed discrepancy checklist
At the engineering level, if inspected electronic components and parts do not meet manufacturer specifications, the Verchip global materials review board; seller, regional RMA group and customer are immediately notified through a detailed discrepancy report. Electronic components and parts that are substandard or determined to be suspect are rejected and may be returned to the supplier/vendor or sent out for further testing by a third-party test house for confirmation.
In situations where a third party confirms a suspect part, the supplier/vendor will be notified and the parts may be destroyed. Majestic also reserves the right to change the supplier’s status and report the supplier/vendor to an industry agency where legal action may be taken.
